A body which is supposed to work on its own when it comes to making decisions and administration. Apparently, the EC has brought the whole issue of the indelible ink to the Cabinet, asking for assistance and feedback from the as-then corrupt government.</span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">What on earth were they thinking? Why did they enquire only from the government and not from all the political parties? Why did they not obtain the feedback from the rakyat itself? After all, it is OUR RM2.4 million that they're spending.</span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">Next, the anxiety pertaining to people who have plans up their sleeves with the indelible ink. You guys are the EC for crying out loud. You are the ones in charge of presiding over the election process which would decide the next government of Malaysia. In order words, you guys are directly linked to the next step that our country will be taking. Is it so hard to inform the rakyat of the indelible ink and the whole process of voting? Isn't it your goddamn responsibility???</span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">Sometimes, it really makes me wonder just what the hell are inside their brains...</span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">On another note, the world has seen two major tragedies, the floods in Myanmar and the earthquake in China. Let us pray that those who have perished may rest in peace.</span>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11487539.post-66813836281588453862008-04-11T14:50:00.002+08:002008-04-11T15:14:50.774+08:00Questions of Life<span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">Been away for quite some time now...<br />Really busy with finals...<br />Still got 4 papers to go...<br />Sigh...<br />Anyway, decided to blog a bit to waste time... Maybe<span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Hey people!!!</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">As the what the title of this posting denotes, I'm finally done and over with for my exams for this semester.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">And nope, I usually do not comment on how the exam was.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">No point in doing so anyway, haha.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Anyway, I will still be stuck in Penang until this Sunday.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">All thanks to the leadership camp organised by my Desasiswa (that's what we call our hostel here). </span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">The camp will be tomorrow. And we'll be going to Taman Negara Pulau Pinang.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">All along I was imagining about something like a holiday hideaway in the peaceful forests of Penang.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">All dreams and hopes were crushed when I found out that, among all other things scheduled for our three day outing, are the LDKs (latihan dalam kumpulan).</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Well, it's not to say that the games played are lame or what...</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">But it's just that I've been to quite a number of camps, and the games are kinda repetitive. So it kinda explains why I'm not THAT excited about this camp.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">And to top it off, apparently that place is renowned to be a spawning pool of mosquitoes. </span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">There's no other way to be more in touch with nature than to sacrifice your blood to its residents.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Haha, sounds kinda grim there.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Will update you guys more about it when I return from the camp later on.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">On another note, there's just so much I want to write about the current matters that's taking place around us.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">But I guess that just have to be done on another day.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Gotta start packing up my things for now.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Can't wait to get back to Klang this Sunday and be with my lovely wife.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">On a different note, how come you guys don't come to Penang to visit me one???</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Just tell me if you're coming and I'll be more than glad to take you around.</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;">Well, guess this is all. Gotta start packing.</span>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11487539.post-76438833004466627232007-10-24T16:18:00.000+08:002008-12-11T20:02:37.467+08:00Exams are here again<div align="center"><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">The days which every student detests the most are here again.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">Personally, I would think that the study weeks' days are the hardest to endure by far</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">Well, I'm back here in Penang as I'm typing this.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">I'm sitting in front of my laptop as my roommates are either sleeping or studying.</span></div><div align="left"><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">During study weeks, the rate at which time passes by is very very relative.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">For me, my study week "officially" began 2 days ago. </span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">And believe me, it sucks like hell.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">For one, it's kinda hard to concentrate for long periods of time. After about 45 minutes of studying, I'll begin to feel restless and will try to do other things for a while.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">Sometimes it would be surfing the net, reading magazines or watching animes.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">As you see the clock on the desk ticking the seconds away, this sense of guilt unleashes itself upon you. And you'll be asking yourself, should I even be doing this?</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">And then you blame yourself for having this lack of discipline.</span><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">You wouldn't even dare to take a nap lest you wake up to discover that you've spent an hour or more doing nothing.</span></div><div align="left"><br /></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;">And to top it off, you can't even sleep peacefully.
